ZUIDBERG NORTH AMERICA INC.
Zuidberg North America set to launch new agriculture Tracks line in US Market
Cedar Falls, IA (8/31/15): The Zuidberg Tracks brand has already gained a lot of attention in Europe, capitalizing on Zuidberg’s popular following in European powerhouse countries such as Holland, Germany and France. That reputation has been gained over the past 30 years for Zuidberg’s cutting edge technology regarding front hitches and front PTOs. Over the next several months, Zuidberg North America will be displaying Zuidberg Tracks at tradeshows around the country, as well as taking orders for tracks to suit combines, forage harvesters and articulating tractors through a select dealership network.
“I’m convinced Tracks are a great addition to the current “forward thinking” product lines of Zuidberg North America Inc. All users of tractors, combines, forage harvesters and other agricultural equipment are constantly looking for ways to make their operation more productive, efficient and profitable. Zuidberg Tracks fit right into that. Our European engineering team is dedicated to design top of the line solutions for both OEM and after-market and Zuidberg North America Inc will have local engineering and service support available from our Cedar Falls IA location to support our customers in the best possible way.”
– Rudolf deJong, President of Zuidberg North America
Zuidberg’s engineers continuously work on the most practical solution. By co-engineering they are always able to develop the desired drive solution for the customer. Innovation and specialization, substantial added value and use of modern computerized production equipment allow Zuidberg to distinguish itself on the market.
The tracks are developed and produced in-house. Zuidberg uses the most advanced, computerized production equipment. The entire track under carriage is developed in-house at the World HQ in Ens, Holland.
The following are main selling points for operators to make the switch to Zuidberg Tracks:
Reduced ground pressure means greater yield
The quality of the soil in which you are planting remains fully intact, which means that the growth of the crops is unaffected, improving both the quality and the quantity of yields.
Increased traction means increased confidence
You can increase the traction of your harvester or tractor. The contact surface on the ground is much greater than with a normal tire. Optimum traction is always guaranteed.
Fitting and removal are simple. No major modifications to the machine, retaining the original utility value of the tractor or machine.
Good structure for better crops
The quality of the soil is largely determined by the structure of the ground. The interconnectedness of soil particles is highly important for optimum crop growth. A good structure, for example, drains the water quickly during wet periods; in dry periods the capillary action in turn ensures there is enough water. A well-developed root system is beneficial for the quality and quantity of the crop and product.
